The standard king room didn't look great in the photos, but it was warm and fairly spacious, even if the bed was quite short. It was a nice touch to have a shower, a hairdryer, and fresh towels available. 😊.

Helpful staff, you get what you pay for.
Only two bathrooms available, very small room, sanitary facilities fell apart upon use. Small beds, not too comfortable. We stayed there one night and it was fine, would'nt recommend a longer stay if you have a bit more money to spend.

Very amiable staff, neat rooms with a bathroom, free Wi-Fi. The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, at a medium distance from a vast pedestrianized public square. We also went to city centre, located not too far away from the hotel...

My stay here was really comfortable. the room was super spacious and affordable. I appreciated having a TV and a kitchenette area as well. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near a subway station. 🚇.

The lady at the reception is very friendly. The place is clean and quite. The localisation is very convenient, close to the metro station and La plaza Dos de Mayo is nearby, with a lot of bars to hang around. There is also a coffeemachine. Very good value for money.
The room can be quite hot in the early night, but there is a fan and that's Madrid in summer...

Location in Malasena, very nice neighborhood, a lot of bars, vintageshops, etc. The metrostation is in the end of the street. Good value for money. Television set in room. Clean bed linen and towels are provided for.
Staff is friendly and helpful but doesn't speak any english. Rooms really tiny, but clean. 2 Bathrooms for the whole hostel, that's not much but they are really clean and we had warm water all the time.

The price - excellent value for money. The location was perfect, very close to the underground. Also, quite close to non-tourist places to eat. Had a fan in the room, and a tv. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well-kept. Shared bathrooms were spotless and regularly cleaned. Highly recommended!
Thin walls so you can hear people talking in the hallways, and people using the bathroom (mainly a problem in the mornings). Staff only speaks Spanish.

Particularly good location in the safe area and it was a bonus to be minutes away from an underground station: D
Even though everything was excellent, some of the staff were rather noisy.
